Ms. Tosha Peer, Settlement Coordinator

Tosha Peer is a Settlement Coordinator at Elevated Settlements, LLC, and a Licensed Settlement Agent in Maryland and West Virginia.

She’s best known for her title as “happiness coordinator,” which started as a joke in the office but has since became a goal. Tosha feels that buying and selling real estate shouldn’t be stressful so she strives to make it a happy process.

Tosha has been with Attorney Collier since 2018 and before that she started her real estate journey with a local attorney in Keyser, West Virginia for 7 years.

Tosha is a powerful force in the office who uses her humor and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard, succeed  but have fun while doing it. She currently lives in Keyser, West Virginia with her husband and children. Tosha is a member of the Rotary Club of Keyser, West Virginia and the Moose Lodge. In her free time, Tosha likes to spend time outdoors, travel and make things on her Cricut.
